SW International’s founder, Sebastien Williams has headed up sales teams and worked with agents across the world. 

After many years of trying to grow new markets and develop sales in various countries, I came across unavoidable hurdles; those being cost and productivity.

 

After identifying a need for a new approach to international sales development, SW international was born. With a plan to revolutionise and streamline processes for brands, eliminating the need to set up legal entities, understand local employment laws and managing sales teams remotely. The SW model successfully does all this for businesses, whilst reducing cost.

If this model was presented to me when I was working as a sales leader, I absolutely would have introduced it into my strategy.
